人們說教訓是財富，但有多少人汲取了教訓？國家汲取教訓了嗎？沒有！於是災難頻頻。

2003年7月11日，被稱為"美人谷"的四川省丹巴縣發生特大泥石流災害，致使51人死亡和失踪、71人被困、1230餘人受災，沖毀省道1000餘米、大橋6座。

2003年7月13日，湖北省秭歸縣沙鎮溪鎮千將坪村發生特大山體滑坡，堵塞長江支流青乾河，有5人在災害中死亡、19人失踪。

2008年9月7日菲律賓官員稱，菲南部豪雨引發兩起泥石流，導致20多幢房屋遭掩埋，至少造成11人死亡，16人失踪。

2008年9月9日山西襄汾塔山礦區泥石流事故34人遇難。

眼下，據南方周末記者劉俊綜合報導：2010年8月7日晚11時左右，舟曲縣城東北部山區突降特大暴雨，降雨量達97毫米，持續40多分鐘，引發三眼峪、羅家峪等四條溝系特大山洪地質災害，泥石流長約5千米，平均寬度300米，平均厚度5米，總體積750萬立方米，流經區域被夷為平地。國土資源部國土資源部部長徐紹史在9日下午召開的國土資源系統舟曲搶險救災緊急會議上說，舟曲泥石流災害主要有以下5方面原因。一是地質地貌的原因，舟曲縣城附近山高川深，地質構造岩性鬆軟、破碎，風化程度比較厲害，容易發生滑坡、崩塌和泥石流災害；二是地震的原因，舟曲縣是汶川地震的重災區之一，地震導致舟曲縣城周邊山體鬆動、岩層破碎，而因地震造成的山體鬆動等需要3到5年時間才能消除；三是氣象原因，去年四季度到今年上半年舟曲持續乾旱，造成城區周邊岩石解體，部分山體、岩石裂縫暴露在外，雨水容易滲入岩體，並導致滑坡；四是降雨的原因，舟曲8月7日晚瞬時的暴雨和強降雨造成崩塌或滑坡等；五是地質災害的固有特徵，即地質災害具有"隱蔽性強、突發性強、破壞性強"，今年發生的地質災害約三分之一發生在發現的隱患點之外。許多地質災害突如其來，猝不及防。據新華社報導稱，截至8月10日17時，舟曲泥石流導致702人死亡，1042人失踪，42人重傷。

1981年舟曲就發生過一場特大泥石流災害，5000萬立方米的泥石流傾瀉而下堵塞了白龍江，主要城區被淹，讓舟曲人第一次品嚐到了掠奪資源的苦果，幸運的是，除了農田房屋被淹外，人員傷亡不多，因而並沒有引起高度重視。

這種教訓我們的祖先早就留給了我們：黃帝戰敗蚩尤，建立了部落聯盟，定居在橋山。黃帝發現橋山一帶群民，有的棲居於樹，有的與獸同穴。黃帝便和大臣商議改變狀況，教化群民在臨水靠山的半坡上砍樹造屋，搬進新居，又把橋山改名為橋國。可人們不懂得毀壞森林的嚴重後果，經常亂砍亂伐樹木，就連黃帝曾多次下令禁止砍伐的常年不落葉的柏樹，也被砍伐得一棵不剩。一場暴雨襲來，山洪暴發，凡是樹林被砍光了的，連地上的草也沖得一干二淨。黃帝看見滿山遍野都是洪水過後留下的溝溝窪窪，心情十分沉重，他對群民說："今後再也不能亂砍樹木了。如果再亂砍下去，橋國就沒有樹林了，野獸也沒處藏身了。到那時，我們吃什麼？穿什麼？"當時有位大臣建議搬到另一個地方居住。黃帝說："不可！如果那裡樹木也叫我們砍完，那時候我們還能往哪裡搬呢？再遭洪水，我們又往哪裡跑？"眾臣覺得黃帝說得有理，都問他該怎麼辦？黃帝說："我願和大家一齊上山栽樹種草，用不了幾年，滿山就會長滿林草，既不怕洪水，又能招來野獸，那時橋國群民才能有吃有穿"。說罷，黃帝就自己帶頭栽了一棵小柏樹。臣民們都學黃帝的樣子，紛紛栽樹種草。不幾年，橋國的山山峁峁林草茂密，一片蔥綠，沒有發過洪水。人們都很感激黃帝，"植樹造林"便成了中華民族的一個優良傳統，但亂砍亂伐的教訓卻沒有被汲取。

南方周末報文章：先是森林，再是水利，最後是礦產，對於當地自然資源的掠奪就像嚼甘蔗一樣，一節一節地把舟曲嚼幹。描寫的實在精確，事實正是如此。

沿白龍江進入舟曲的路上，舉目四望，石岩裸露，像沒穿衣服的貧苦老人，這還是造林20年後的結果。很難想像，解放前，這裡的泥土曾孕育過舉世聞名的原始森林，舟曲常被冠以"不二揚州"、"甘肅江南"的美譽。 "最大的樹，一個人抱都抱不住"。 1950年，一場長達半個世紀的林業開發拉開了帷幕。舟曲林業局下屬的923林廠承擔了這一政治使命，最鼎盛的時期林廠有六百多個工人，無節制砍伐引外來木頭販子大量湧入，以及老百姓的亂砍亂伐，每年的砍伐量最多的時候有25萬立方米。在上世紀70年代公路未通之前，經常可以看到白龍江上幾百個木筏漂流而下的壯觀場面。貧窮的舟曲政府更是相當支持這項事業，在1998年國家禁止砍伐前，95％的縣財政收入來自林業。 "到後來，大樹都砍沒了，就砍防風林，而這些用於保護新苗生長的防風林原本是禁止砍伐的。""林地太大，什麼人都管不住，砍就砍點吧。 "就這樣，舟曲的森林覆蓋率一路從最初的67％，下降到現在的20％。

1985年開始，發展思路發生轉變，砍伐數量開始逐年遞減，並加強造林計劃。但可惜的是，由於常年干旱，土層又不厚，加上許多防風林被砍光，至今二十多年的造林工程收效甚微。 "生長率很低，幾乎清一色的'小老樹'。"1998年停伐後種的樹苗，許多都只是種下去的時候澆過一次水。有人算了一筆賬，中央每畝地給100元的造林費，而按照今年每株樹苗1塊多的價格，100元連買苗都不夠，"因為每畝地至少要栽200株，更別奢談灌溉蓄水工程了。""只能讓它活著就行了，讓它好好長就沒辦法了。"

1998年的停伐，等於掐斷了舟曲縣的經濟命脈，2001年，舟曲縣找到一個新的生財之道--在白龍江及其支流上大興水電站。短短十年間，舟曲縣獲得審批的大小水電站55座，共54萬千瓦的裝機容量，目前建成的有27座，僅在拱壩河上就聚集了大小水電站十多座，幾乎每隔10公里就有一座。水電已然替代林業成為舟曲的經濟支柱，"爭取在2012年稅收過億"。

水利並非舟曲可以用來招商引資惟一法寶。 "舟曲的金礦是小而富。"來舟曲開金礦的陝西老闆今年4月剛到舟曲投資，"一下子可能挖到幾十克、上百克金子，其他地方還很少見。"到去年為止，獲得礦產開採權資質的企業已有29家，不過已經開工的僅有甘肅盛達集團一家國有金礦企業。

隨著新的水電站和礦場的陸續上馬，舟曲縣的財政由此增加。但是，可以肯定的是，這種掠奪資源發展經濟的方式，可能會帶來短期的經濟效益，但對環境的破壞卻跟砍伐森林一樣致命。一位官員說："修水電站要炸山徵地，岩體被鬆動，植被被破壞，會引起新的滑坡，棄渣堵塞河道，在溝道中胡亂堆積也為泥石流形成提供了鬆散固體物質。高懸的水庫還威脅下游群眾的安全"。 "2007年，拱壩河有一處水電站曾發生過水庫潰堤事故，農田被淹，下游的一座橋也被沖垮。"致命的危險正逼近舟曲。

8月7日晚上11點，黑雲壓頂，電閃雷鳴，北部山脈上下起了一場暴雨，官方數據稱當時的降雨量有97毫米。原本孕育過茂密森林的泥土在暴雨的沖刷下，成了奪命泥漿，沖垮舟曲縣城人口最密集的村莊和街道。 "那裡5－6層的高樓就有二十多幢，全部被淹沒。"一位從事水利工作多年的舟曲官員說："最根本的問題還是50年的森林砍伐造成了今天的惡果，大自然現在終於在報復我們了。"。

《人民日報》（2010年08月15日01版）"甘之南，國有殤。2010年8月15日，國旗低垂，神州肅穆，13億中國人為甘肅舟曲特大山洪泥石流災害中罹難的同胞，舉行全國哀悼活動。哀悼，為祭奠逝去的至親。截至8月14日16時，已有1239人在這場災害中失去生命，505人生死不明。當父親為遇難的女兒最後一次梳好頭髮，當廢墟下的少年忍著劇痛讓救援人員"先救我媽媽"，災難帶來的悲哀，我們感同身受。他們都是我們血脈相連的骨肉、生死相依的親人。手足愛、同胞誼，是每個中國人心中最深沉的感情。低首哀悼之時，我們向逝去的生命誌哀，願逝者安息、生者堅強。"

在悲哀之餘，應該汲取教訓。教訓是對挫折、失敗、災難的理性思考，它告訴我們的是"不該"。

中國有句老話：別人亡羊我補牢，鄰家失火我查灶。把別人教訓當財富，是因為教訓中蘊含著許多我們可以汲取的經驗。有識之士無不善於從他人的教訓中尋找良方，避免同樣的失誤，從而獲得成功。

"吃一塹，長一智。"這"一塹"並非一定要自己的，吃他人之"塹"也可長自己之"智"。發生事故是不幸的，但事故本身也是一種財富、一種資源，需要充分利用。

我們要善於拿別人的教訓教育自己，拿別人的教訓，補自己工作的漏洞。

Stephen Strasburg, the $15.1 million pitching phenom, lived up to expectations Tuesday night as the Washington Nationals right-hander dominated the Pittsburgh Pirates with a franchise-record 14 strikeouts in his major-league debut and picked up his first victory, 5-2.

He finished with seven consecutive strikeouts and allowed two runs and four hits in seven innings, leaving a sell-out crowd at Nationals Park buzzing.

He missed the record for strikeouts in a debut by one, trailing the Brooklyn Dodgers' Karl Spooner, who did it Sept. 22, 1954, vs. the New York Giants, and the Houston Astros' J.R. Richard who achieved the feat against the San Francisco Giants on Sept 5, 1971.

Afterward, he got a shaving-cream pie in the face and gamely donned the Nationals' victory wig, a silver Elvis model.

The Pirates were more than impressed.

"He was very poised very electric," said Pirates outfielder Lastings Milledge, who struck out twice. You come in focusing on his fastball, but he didn't give us anything to drive."

Said third baseman Andy LaRoche, Strasburg's 14th and final strikeout victim:

"It's never easy to hit 97 to 100, especially when he's got a curveball like that... whether you know it's coming or not. Obviously, there are a lot of closers out there who get to the upper 90s, so it's not something you haven't seen all year. But you never really see it from a starter throwing that hard. It was kind of what I expected -- he's going to come after you with the heater."

Strasburg, 21, from San Diego State, didn't walk a batter and left with the Nationals leading 4-2.

Strasburg has been super-hyped since the Nationals made him the first overall pick in the 2009 June draft. After going 7-2 with a 1.43 ERA at Class AA and AAA this season, he arrived in D.C. as advertised.

Strasburg's fastball hit 100 mph several times. He threw devastating breaking pitches and kept his cool when he gave up two singles to start the fourth inning.

The Pirates' Neil Walker and Lastings Milledge started the fourth inning with consecutive singles. Strasburg got Garrett Jones to ground into a double play but then gave up a home run to right field by Delwyn Young, giving the Pirates a 2-1 lead.

Strasburg retired the Pirates, who came into the game with the fewest runs scored (187) in the National League, in order in the fifth inning.

He struck out the side in the sixth and seventh innings as Nationals Park rocked with excitement.

學會感恩，當我一個人徬徨和苦悶之時，是身邊的朋友給我生活的勇氣和信念，讓我學會一個人的堅強，學會承受一切孤獨，學會在孤獨中享受自由的美好時光；賞文、賞樂、賞風情，不斷壯大和充實自己，沒了過去的失落。
記 得開始的接觸，當時很低調，無助的空；你勸我不要貪玩，多看書、多寫字，不要浪費寶貴的時間。那時我不以為然，認為自己開心就好。以後在一起的交流我感到 了尷尬和窘迫，因為你知道的太多，看出你的閱歷很廣很深，我感到了不適，學著靜下心來慢慢看書，用心揣摩文字。這是認識你後我最大的改變，終生受益，感激 你的用心良苦。
那次你走的太突然，或許不想讓我沉迷在卿卿我我之中，所以你毅然離開，沒有打招呼。找不到你，好失落，再次沉淪，迷不到你的影子。慢慢琢磨你的每一句話，開始感到自己的不足。
　整整三個月，你終於出現。見我的第一句話就問我改變了沒有，要還是像以前一樣衝動我依然會消失。我暗藏心中的喜悅，淡淡的說我還是我，依然純真，只是沒了以前的狂躁。你笑笑，說我成熟了許多。你淡淡的笑容，讓我感到了慚愧，懂得你的用心良苦。
我 學會了思考，學會了冷靜，不再是那個傻傻的女孩。一個人的閒餘，會想想你的模樣，想想你的笑容，心裡很溫馨、很愜意。真的非常感激你給我的一切，儘管有段 時間我有點恨你，恨你自私，恨你無情，現在終於明白了，是你歷練了我，讓我知道接受殘酷事實，知道人世間本該就是變化無常，讓我能堅強的忍受思念和牽掛的 痛苦，懂得了誰都不可能按照自己的意願活在世上，珍惜眼前擁有的，勇敢面對現實，踏實過好每一天。

生活就是這樣，學會感激別人，理解別人，就會覺得快樂。其實 每個人都有自己的強弱，不是每個人都生活在自由的空間，那些來自多方的壓力總會壓得人喘息困難；不是麼，像我以前，總也走不出那種沒落的陰影，總是感到無 助和苦悶。而現在，我已經徹底改變，不再悲哀，沒有了眼淚，有了充實的生活，只有自信和快樂伴我左右。
生命的航帆總會走入正軌，仔細品味，仔細觀 察，身邊的人和事總有感激地方。不要錯過，錯過那些令人激動的場景，錯過朋友的關愛，錯過生活中讓你感激的每一個環節。因為是他們激起了你生活的航帆，使 你懂得生活的真諦，擁有一顆善良慧仁之心，去看待身邊的事物，去善待身邊的每一個人。
